Helene Holth Brekke is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Recruitment and Employer Branding Consultant at Netcompany since July 2017. With a strong focus on recruiting skilled IT consultants, Helene is involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, striving to enhance HR operations from initial contact to employee onboarding. Prior experience includes roles at Vestre Viken HF as a Research Assistant and Secretary, where responsibilities included transcribing qualitative interviews and managing various administrative tasks within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Department. Additionally, Helene contributed as an External Consultant during a project for a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oslo. Helene holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and has completed various educational programs focused on psychology.
