Chelsey Groh, CPTM, currently serves as the Head of Sales Enablement and Operations at Netchex since January 2025. From January 2021 to December 2024, Chelsey held the position of Director of GTM Enablement at Motus, following the role of Manager of Sales Enablement & Training. Prior to that, from November 2016 to November 2020, Chelsey was the Head of Revenue Strategy at GrowIt!, leading a cross-functional team and developing products across multiple segments. Earlier career experiences include positions as Business Development Manager at GrowIt!, Software Sales Executive at Monscierge, Sales Representative at Paycom, Sales and Marketing Director at Housewear, and PR & Marketing Director at Sean M. Hugo, CPA, PC. Chelsey began their career as Floor Manager and Sales Associate at HANKS FINE FURNITURE. Chelsey earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
