Matsie Mpshane CA(SA) currently serves as the Financial Director for the Primary Care Division at Netcare since June 2022. Prior to this role, Matsie held the position of Head of Finance at Discovery Vitality from July 2015 to May 2022 and worked as a Financial Manager at Shell from April 2013 to June 2015. Matsie's experience also includes serving as the Director of Accounting Support and Senior Financial Analyst at the National Treasury of South Africa from December 2009 to December 2012, as well as an Audit Manager at Deloitte for a brief tenure in 2009. Matsie is equipped with a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
