Eliot Gillum serves as Vice President at NetApp since May 2024, leading the Core Storage & Data Management team responsible for developing essential software for both hardware and cloud services, including the WAFL file system and various data management technologies. In addition, Eliot is the Founder of Vector Flight and has been the Director of the Optical SETI Program at the SETI Institute since April 2015. Eliot's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Microsoft from August 1999 to June 2016 as Partner Director of Engineering. Eliot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.
