Jim Ed Beach has extensive experience in the agricultural industry, currently serving as the US Commercial Lead for Sustainable Solutions at Netafim USA since October 2015, where responsibilities include championing the SDI-E initiative and completing specific solutions for the dairy and swine markets. Previous roles include positions at RCIS as a Business Development Sales Representative and at Syngenta as a Sales Representative, where strategies for customer interaction and territory development were implemented. Beach also held various management roles at Bayer CropScience, overseeing large teams and managing industry relations, customer service, and operational budgets. Earlier experience includes an Operations Manager position at Helena Chemical Company. Beach holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science & Natural Resources from Oklahoma State University and additional business management credentials from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, along with a high school diploma as valedictorian from Westville High School.
