With a background in Human Resources and Marketing, Swati has held various roles in HR and compliance at companies like eTeam, Intelligent Resource Limited, Sopra Steria, Mastech Digital, and US Tech Solutions. Swati completed their MBA specializing in Human Resource & Marketing from MIT in 2012, following their high school education at Saint Francis Convent School in Meerut.
