Tim Phillips is a seasoned professional in cyber operations and analysis with over 17 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Cyber Operations & Analysis Consultant at Net Vision Consultants, Inc. since November 2013, Tim previously held similar senior consultant roles at Praemittias Defense Solutions and Praemittias Group Inc. Tim's career in cyber operations began at the United States Department of Defense as a Computer Network Operations Analyst. Tim also has IT experience from Black & Decker and a military background as an Assault Section Leader with the United States Marine Corps. Tim holds a Master of Science in Technology Management & Homeland Security Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Towson University.
