Client Success Manager Strategic Client Partnerships at Net Health

David Levin, MBA has diverse work experience in various industries and roles. David is currently working at Net Health as a Client Success Manager, where they focus on strategic client partnerships and provides EHR software and predictive analytics in the healthcare sector. Prior to this, David worked at DJ Summerston as a Principal, where they managed various projects, including population health analytics. David also served as an Engagement Manager and Operations Manager at Conexus MedStaff, where they managed client relationships and oversaw the onboarding and deployment of nurses. Earlier in their career, David was a Founding Member and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Nor1 (Acquired by Oracle), where they utilized data analytics to increase revenue and customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry. Additionally, they worked at IBM Global Services in roles such as Operations Executive and Program Manager, where they focused on resource deployment, workload planning, and analysis to drive revenue growth and profitability. Overall, David Levin brings a wide range of expertise in strategic partnerships, client management, data analytics, and resource management to their current position at Net Health.

David Levin, MBA has a diverse education history that includes both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and marketing. David obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business/Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and later went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) with Distinction in Business Administration/Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.

In addition to their undergraduate education, David pursued further studies in business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Technology Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. David also acquired additional certifications in Project Management, Building Services Solutions, Negotiation and Collaboration from IBM, and Computer Maintenance/Management, A+, Network+, MCSE Networking Essentials, Windows Admin from Microsoft and Comp TIAA.

Before their higher education journey, David completed their secondary education at North Central High School, where they followed an AP and Honors curriculum.

Recently, David obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in October 2022.
