Riya Sirdeshmukh is a behavioral scientist currently working at ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé as part of the Global People Innovation team since July 2024. Previously, Riya served as a behavioral scientist in the People Analytics Team at Swiggy from July 2023 to July 2024. Experience includes research roles at the Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University and the Wharton Risk Center, where Riya focused on behavioral biases related to risk preparedness and authored a review paper on intelligence neuroscience. Riya's earlier roles include research positions at the Los Angeles Behavioral Economics Laboratory, Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and internships at Levi Strauss & Co. and Bates CHI&Partners. Riya holds a Master of Science in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Behavior from Vassar College.
