Nipun Kalra has extensive experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Excellence at ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé since February 2007. Key responsibilities include managing manufacturing performance, leading a team of over 200 individuals to ensure timely delivery of products, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and TPM methodologies. Nipun has also played a vital role in rolling out Change Management programs across the South Asia region. Prior to ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé, Nipun worked as a Production Engineer at Sunbeam Auto Private Limited, overseeing manufacturing operations in the piston division. Nipun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, graduated in 2004.
