Florence Henry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and brand management, currently serving as the Global Head of Sustainability Nutrition at ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé since July 2011. In this role, Florence leads the sustainability initiatives for the Dairy category globally, develops climate roadmaps, and drives innovative practices that align with ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé’s mission of being 'Business as a Force for Good'. Florence held various leadership positions at ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé, including Regional General Manager for the Dairy business in the Middle East and Global Category Manager for Dairy SBU. Prior to ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé, Florence gained significant experience at Associated British Foods plc, Novartis, and Danone, focusing on strategy, innovation, and marketing in international markets. Education includes a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, complemented by studies at IMD, London Business School, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and EDHEC Business School.
