Anas Al-Ahdal is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as KSA HRBP at ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé since September 2024. Previously, Al-Ahdal held the position of Human Resources Director at Nova Water, driving the transformation of the HR department and company culture. As Middle East Shared Services Lead at PepsiCo, Al-Ahdal managed employee services and talent management across the Middle East. Other roles include HR Manager at SANKYU Saudi Arabia, where strategic HR initiatives were developed, and Organizational Development Manager at the International Medical Center, focusing on organizational excellence. With a solid foundation in industrial management from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and an MBA in finance from Willamette University, Al-Ahdal brings extensive expertise to the field.
