Minna Killström currently serves as Customer Insight & CX Lead at Neste, having joined in October 2019 after holding the title of Business Development Manager in Renewable Road Transportation. With a robust background in customer experience management and insight, Minna has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Futurelab Experience and as an Insight Manager at Frankly Partners, focusing on strategic planning and delivering actionable insights. Earlier experience includes a role as Head of Customer Insight at LähiTapiola, overseeing group-level consumer experience metrics, and development manager responsible for digital communications. Minna completed a Doctor of Science in Marketing at Aalto University, where doctoral studies concentrated on strategy implementation. Additional education includes a recent course in Futures Studies from the University of Turku and a Master's Degree from the University of Helsinki.
