Niskanen Ari has extensive work experience in engineering and project management roles at various companies within the Neste organization. Niskanen started their career at Neste Jacobs Oy in 1987, where they held multiple positions such as Designer, Planner, Cost Estimator, Project Controller, and Project Manager until December 2000. In January 2011, they joined Neste Jacobs as Manager of ICT Applications, Project Control, and Project Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Project Engineer in December 2015. Niskanen continued their career at Neste Engineering Solutions in January 2018, where they currently hold the position of Senior Project Engineer.

Niskanen Ari attended the Jyväskylä Institute of Technology from 1995 to 2001. During this time, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Project Engineer. In addition, they also pursued a degree in Project and Sales, which they completed in 2001.
