David York is the Founder and Managing Director of Top Tier Capital Partners and serves on the Board of Directors for both NESsT and the National Venture Capital Association. With extensive experience in venture capital, David York held the positions of CEO and Managing Director at Paul Capital Investments, as well as General Partner at Paul Capital Partners. David York earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, graduating between 1980 and 1984.
