Erika S. currently serves as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the Santa Barbara Foundation, effective September 2024, working towards building resilient communities. Previously, Erika held the position of Administrative Assistant in the Trust & Estates Department at Allen & Kimbell, LLP, and served as a Regional Administrator for Young Life, supporting over 50 staff across the California Central Region. Additional experience includes various roles within Young Life such as an Administrative Assistant/Guest Group Communications Coordinator and a Marketing Coordinator for Beyond Malibu, as well as styling for Stitch Fix. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism & Media Communications and Spanish from Colorado State University, a USAC Study Abroad experience in Spanish Language and Literature, and is currently pursuing a Paralegal Studies Professional Certificate at UC Santa Barbara.
