Peggy Brown has significant experience in customer service roles, currently serving as a Crossing Guard at NESCTC Security Agency, LLC since December 2015. Prior to this position, Peggy held the title of Operations Customer Service at the same agency until retirement in April 2017. Earlier career experience includes a decade as a Customer Service Representative at Independent Graphics Co., where responsibilities involved answering telephones, taking customer orders, and managing inventory control. Peggy has taken on part-time work post-retirement to maintain financial stability.
