Tilling Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from Mount Holyoke College in 1996. From 1996 to 1998, Tilling served as a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board. Since 1998, Tilling has been a Director at NERA Economic Consulting.
