Ian McMillan has extensive experience in manufacturing management, currently serving as the Focus Factory Manager at Neptune Technology Group since August 2015, after previously holding the position of Production Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple production departments, managing financial budgets, production schedules, departmental performance, and implementing quality improvements and lean principles. Prior to joining Neptune, Ian held the role of Team Leader at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama from January 2005 to July 2008 and served as Leadperson/Laboratory Technician at Rheem Manufacturing from November 1995 to December 2004. Ian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Resource Management from Troy University.
