Brian Kang has extensive experience in product management and business development within the gaming industry. Brian currently holds the role of VP, Head of Product at NEOWIZ. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Product Manager at Netflix and Boss Fight. Brian also served as a Lead Product Manager at Warner Bros. Games, where they led the product management team for popular games such as Injustice and Mortal Kombat. Brian has also held senior roles at Nexon America and Kabam, where they focused on product management and publishing production. Brian began their career at NCSOFT, where they worked as a Business Development Manager and later became a Producer for various gaming projects. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in KPI improvement, live operations, product strategy, revenue forecasting, and game economy tuning.

Brian Kang has a Master's degree in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ajou University from 1998 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Brian has also obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2010 and as a Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco Systems in May 2003.
