During his 17 year career, Tim has established and managed both internal and client facing Service Desks supporting different business sectors, including Accounting, Legal, and Manufacturing. Throughout his career, Tim has also developed wide ranging set of skills that include virtualization, servers, networking, and VOIP solutions, with a dash of programming for good measure. Tim’s leadership excelled in previous roles that included national leadership for American Express, RSM McGladrey, and a neighboring MSP.
