Richard Pugh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Group Head of FP&A at Neoss since October 2023. Previously, Richard held the positions of Head of Opex Planning & Analysis and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at the UK Infrastructure Bank, where Richard was instrumental in establishing the FP&A function for the new government start-up bank. Richard's extensive background includes senior roles such as Senior Management Accountant at the British Business Bank and Finance Business Partner at the Food Standards Agency. Additional experience spans various positions at Lloyds Banking Group, HOYER Group, and GE Money Bank, where Richard focused on accounting, reporting, and financial planning. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Business and Technology from Sheffield Hallam University and is a qualified accountant through CIMA.
