Emiliano Charras is an experienced Resource Manager currently leading the Resource Management team for Mexico and the US at NEORIS since June 2018, with direct reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. Previously, Emiliano served as a Recruiting Manager at BairesDev, managing a team of IT recruiters and implementing Agile methodologies. Emiliano also held the role of Resource Manager at NEORIS from September 2010 to December 2016, where responsibilities included optimizing resource utilization and providing timely staffing solutions. Earlier in their career, Emiliano worked in customer service at Carlos Rubio Inmobiliaria, focusing on sales, rentals, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Emiliano holds a degree in Biotechnology from Universidad Nacional de Rosario, obtained from 1996 to 2002.
