Claudia Landeros serves as the Global People Talent Development Leader at NEORIS and has previously held the position of Senior Consultant. At ACMP México, Claudia holds the role of Latam Connection Director Board Member. Additionally, Claudia has worked as a Senior Consultant on Change Management, Human Resources, Talent, People Development, and Culture at Subete de Nivel, and serves as a Mentor for SpeakTheir Nights. Prior experience includes positions such as Global Talent Management Solutions Design, Global Talent Solutions Leader, and Regional Talent Management Senior Manager at Visteon Corporation. Claudia Landeros holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey and an International Executive Coach certification from Exponencial Business School.
