Shai Shmuel Avnili is an experienced professional in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as a Qualified Person at Neopharm Group since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at GSK as QP, QA Executive, and QMS Champion, overseeing consumer health products, and at StrugoPharm and Novartis where responsibilities included batch release, SOP management, quality complaints, and regulatory compliance. Shai's career began as a pharmacist at Superpharm and Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, along with evaluations of pharmaceutical technologies for the Israel Medical Association. Shai holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology and Immunology from Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Ben-Gurion University, and a Qualified Person certification from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
