Dan was a General Partner at Canaan Partners - a $6Bn VC fund and one of the longest standing funds in the U.S. - for the last 14 years, joining the firm in 2007. He has been on the boards of publicly held Lending Club, and private companies including ShopKeep, CircleUp, Ollie, and Ephemeral. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Shopping.com (SHOP), where he oversaw growth from zero to $100M+ in revenue in just five years, culminating in the company's IPO in October 2004 and eventual acquisition by eBay in 2005.
