Raysa Morel has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. Raysa started their career at The Vitamin Shoppe as a Sales Lead in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Personal Trainer at LA Fitness. In 2021, they held positions at Spytec GPS as a Customer Service Specialist and at ColorStack as a Fellow. Currently, they are employed at Neon One as a Support Engineer and Technical Support Specialist.

Raysa Morel began their educational journey in 2018 at Brooklyn College, where they earned a degree in Psychology. Raysa then continued their studies in Computer Science at Hunter College in 2020 and is currently enrolled at Western Governors University, pursuing a Computer Science degree.
