Kirah Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client enablement, implementation, and account management. Currently serving as Implementation Team Lead at Neon One since January 2021, Kirah has previously held positions including Client Enablement Specialist, Professional Service Consultant, and Implementation Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Specialist at Venmo and Account Relationship Manager at SMS Assist, L.L.C. Kirah began a career in the financial sector with Avant, taking on roles such as Loan Decisioner and Loan Originator, complemented by customer service experience in retail at Bed Bath & Beyond.
