Leslie Bateman is a Senior Scientist at Neomorph, Inc. since March 2021. Previously, they held the same position at Bristol Myers Squibb from January 2021 to March 2021. Before that, they were a Scientist II at Bristol Myers Squibb from March 2020 to January 2021. Leslie also worked as a Scientist I at Celgene from January 2017 to November 2019. Leslie started their career as a Post Doctoral Fellow at UC Berkeley from August 2014 to December 2016 and as a Graduate Student at the University of Southern California from August 2010 to June 2014.

Leslie Bateman earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Chemistry from Michigan State University, where they attended from 2004 to 2009. Following that, they pursued further studies and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry from the University of Southern California, from 2010 to 2014.
