Sunny Wang is a highly experienced professional in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Development Lead at NEOM since February 2022, focusing on the TROJENA project. Prior to this role, Sunny Wang was Head of Delivery and Senior Analyst at SIAHAF Real Estate from July 2014 to February 2022, overseeing financial and strategic valuations and managing planning permissions. Previous experience includes managing a major theme park project in Dubai at Samsung C & T and serving as Asset Manager at Definity Investment Co. in Korea, where Sunny Wang successfully acquired a significant commercial office building. Additional roles as Project Manager at Shinyoung Corporation and Lee and Lee Asset highlight strong expertise in large-scale development projects. Sunny Wang holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
