Noha Al-Harthi, PhD, serves as the Head of Emerging Technologies at NEOM since March 2020, holding various titles including Emerging Technologies and Innovative Research and Technology Lead. Prior to this role, Noha was a Steering Committee Consultant for Digital Services Agency at the University of Business & Technology from December 2020 to February 2022. Additionally, Noha worked as the Information Technology Manager at AFAG Company from May 2012 to May 2019. Noha's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Computer Science from KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), a Computer Science degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Effat University.
