Neil Peplow serves as the Director of School and CEO at the London Film School since January 2023, focusing on nurturing diverse global talent in filmmaking. Previously, Neil held the position of Director of Industry & International Affairs at the British Film Institute from June 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing industry policy and funding initiatives. Neil was also the CEO of the Australian Film Television and Radio School from October 2015 to June 2019, fostering talent and addressing industry needs through innovative programs and partnerships. Additional roles include Chairperson of the Screen Diversity and Inclusion Network and Board Member of Media RING, both aimed at enhancing diversity in the media sector. Neil's earlier experience encompasses operational leadership at MetFilm School and a successful consultancy career. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath.
