In their current role as Operations and Sustainability Manager at Neolux Energy, Natalia is responsible for calculating carbon footprints for multiple companies in Colombia and supporting other LATAM countries. Previously, Natalia has experience in developing strategies to reduce environmental impacts in the agricultural sector and coordinating environmental projects related to water recirculation and waste management.
