Marty Zalewski is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as a Mentor for Design for Good, a global non-profit focused on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals since September 2024. As a Creative Leader and Catalyst at Neol since July 2023, Marty contributes to a community-powered agency model. Founding The Mindful Eye in 2017, Marty empowers businesses through technology and innovation. Previously, Marty held significant roles at Rightpoint as Managing Director for EMEA, advised on innovation at MMC Polska, and served in key positions within the Lloyds Banking Group. Marty has an MBA from London Business School and has participated in executive education programs at The Wharton School and GE Capital.
