Burcin Ergunt is a seasoned Creative Leader at Neol since June 2023, advocating for a transformative approach to the client-agency relationship through co-creation. With a solid background as a Creative Director at ERGUNT since January 2017, Burcin has demonstrated expertise across various sectors including tech, fintech, home improvement, sports, and food & beverage, currently leading as Creative Director of Nippon Paint. As a Co-Founder of Borderline Coffee, Burcin has established Turkey’s first multi-national and multi-roaster coffee shop, soon to expand to London. Previous roles include managing director positions at Güzel Sanatlar and Ping Digital, where Burcin led integrated multi-channel campaigns and produced award-winning work. With a foundation in entrepreneurship as a co-founder of aMVG and experience in digital marketing at Turkcell, Burcin holds a degree from Istanbul University.
