Michelle Cline has over 30 years of experience in human resources and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Product, Recruit at NEOGOV since July 2004, Michelle oversees product teams focused on applicant tracking, recruitment marketing, onboarding, and electronic employee forms. Previously, Michelle held roles at NEOGOV including Product Manager for the flagship Applicant Tracking system, Insight Enterprise, and Customer Success Manager, leading a team dedicated to training and customer support. Earlier experience includes HRIS Manager and Human Resource Analyst at the City of Eugene, as well as roles in compensation and employee relations at Metro and the City of Eugene. Michelle earned a BA in Business Management with a focus on Accounting from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business.
