Barun Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in data architecture, analytics engineering, and technology management. Currently serving as the head of an innovative cell therapy digital platform at Neogene Therapeutics since January 2024, Barun previously held the role of Head of Data Architecture & Analytics Engineering at UCB from February 2022 to December 2023, where leadership in digital transformation and data management yielded significant operational efficiencies and cost savings. With prior experience at ZS, E Commerce Retailer, Bank of America, Total Merchant Services, Abbott, St. Jude Medical, and American Express, Barun has developed and managed various data platforms and solutions within the healthcare, retail, and financial sectors. Barun holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and a Project Management Certificate from UCLA.
