Satheesh Kumar's work experience begins in 1995 when they worked as a Manager at Covansys. Satheesh continued in this role until 2004 when they transitioned to become the Manager of Financial Services at KPMG Advisory. During their time at KPMG, they successfully managed a growth of over $6M in sales by working with banking and financial customers. Satheesh also assessed the impact of various regulations on processes and developed control policies and procedures. In 2008, Satheesh joined Logitech as the Director/Senior Manager of IT Internal Audit, where they established and led the IT Audit Department. Satheesh conducted risk assessments, created audit scopes, and established key performance indicators for the department. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at CallidusCloud as a Consultant, developing the IT Security Risk & Compliance Department and conducting training on business process ownership and compliance monitoring. Satheesh served as the Director of Information Security at Riverbed Technology from 2014 to 2021, and as the Director of Security Risk Consulting at KPMG US from 2015 to 2021. In 2017, they became the Head of Operations at Neogen Care. Finally, in 2022, Satheesh founded Trydan Tech, a group focused on transforming the energy storage system in electric vehicles by combining batteries and supercapacitors.

Satheesh Kumar attended Madurai Kamaraj University from 1989 to 1993. Details regarding the degree earned or field of study pursued during this time are not provided.
