Lucas Herker is an experienced professional in strategy and management, currently serving as Especialista de Estratégia e Gestão at Neoenergia since February 2019, having progressed through various roles including Analista Sr., Analista Pl., Analista Jr., and Estagiário in Energy Purchasing. Prior to Neoenergia, Lucas held multiple leadership positions at Biossistec Jr. from June 2015 to December 2019, including Presidente and Diretor de Marketing. Academically, Lucas holds an MBA in Finance and Control from USP/Esalq, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Biosystems from the University of São Paulo, obtained in 2019. Additional educational background includes a period at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a technical degree in Mechatronics from the ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo.
