Edi AFANGBEDJI has extensive experience in IT support and cloud administration, currently serving as a Cloud Administrator, EMEA Support Team Lead, and Support Consultant at Neocase since October 2013. Prior to this, Edi worked at Wincor Nixdorf from September 2011 to September 2013 in roles such as Administrateur Système Réseau (Débutant) and Technicien Support Informatique. Earlier experience includes a brief position as Technicien Informatique at Econocom-Osiatis in July 2011, providing Level 1-2 user support and troubleshooting. Edi also completed an internship at THALIX in 2009, focusing on developing a backup program in Perl. Edi holds a Master 2 in Ingénierie Système et réseau and a CQP ARE Niveau 2 from IEF2I, as well as a BTS IRIS in Informatique et réseau for industrial and technical services.
