Halima Baichid is an experienced process engineer currently working at NEO2 since December 2022 and is also engaged in a PFE internship at the Laboratoire de Génie Chimique Toulouse, focusing on carbon balance and reduction measures. Previous experiences include an environmental impact study for an olive canning facility at Bureau d'études phytoconsulting and the establishment of an environmental management system aligned with ISO 14001 at Les Domaines Agricoles. Halima also completed an observation internship at the Office national de l'electricité et de l'eau potable. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Chemical Process Technology from both Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques and Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, as well as an engineering degree in Energy and Environmental Process Engineering from École nationale des sciences appliquées d'Agadir, following preparatory classes for competitive exams.
