Carlos M. is an experienced business leader currently serving as Sócio e Head of Business at H1 Partners since 2022 and Head of Partnerships & Tradings at NEO | AdTech since 2024. Carlos is the founder and advisor for Conexão do Agro and Applifly, and has been affiliated with PAPX Reestruturação Empresarial as founder and head of business since January 2020. Additional experience includes roles as head of marketing at Barcellos Corretora and business development in Europe and Asia at US Media Consulting. Carlos founded VDX Telecom and PAPX Trade Consulting, and worked as a Senior Commercial Intelligence Analyst for Telefonica. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from USP and specializations in Business Management and Strategy, as well as Organizational Marketing from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
