Emily Eppler has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Emily started their career as an Assistant Manager at Pacific Sunwear in 2005, where they worked for a year before moving on to Lucky Brand Jeans as an Assistant Manager as well. In 2008, Emily joined the Museum of Science as an Operations Coordinator for Elementary Curriculum Development, where they oversaw sales and returns for the Engineering is Elementary curriculum. After seven years at the museum, they transitioned to SessionM in 2015, taking on the role of Customer Service & Rewards Fulfillment Manager. In this position, they managed a team, set customer service standards, developed training documents, and worked with clients to create action plans for escalations and social awareness. Additionally, Emily curated digital and physical offerings for white label reward stores and handled vendor relationships. Their most recent position was as a Customer Service Manager at NEMO Equipment, where they oversaw all direct-to-consumer communication, resolved escalated conversations, and managed orders and shipments.
Emily Eppler earned their High School Diploma from Chatham High School between the years 1997 and 2001. Emily then attended the University of Puget Sound from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Biology with a focus on Marine Biology and Cetology.
