Amanda Hoffman is an accomplished professional with a strong background in program management and operations, currently serving as the Head of Program Management at NEMERA since January 2019. In this role, Amanda oversees team management and project coordination, contributes to global strategy for continuous improvement, and supports key stakeholders with industrial content for commercial proposals. Prior to this, Amanda was a Program Manager at NEMERA, where significant achievements included transforming a warehouse into an ISO7 certified clean room. Amanda’s earlier experience at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions included positions such as Hi-Mod Operations Manager, where oversight of a diverse team enhanced facility efficiency. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University, along with an Associate's degree in Physical Sciences from Elgin Community College.
