Russell Hightower has extensive experience in the manufacturing and landscaping sectors, having worked at Nemak since September 2002 in various roles, including Tooling Supervisor, Tooling Technician, Quality Scrap Analyst, Auditor, and HPDC Machine Operator. Prior to this, Russell Hightower served as Landscape Supervisor at Southern Bells Landscape Nursery from March 1996 to September 2002. Russell Hightower holds a degree in Occupational Technology with a focus on Welding and Machining from Central Alabama Community College, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
