Glen Waters is a Principal at Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates, bringing over 29 years of experience in planning and implementing public transit services for bus and rail systems across the United States. Since joining Nelson\Nygaard in November 2021, Glen has led a team of transit scheduling professionals in conducting comprehensive operations analyses and system redesigns. Prior to this role, Glen served as a Senior Project Manager at Connetics Transportation Group from October 2008 to November 2021, and held managerial positions in service planning and scheduling at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority and LYNX - Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority. Glen's career began in transportation routing at Orange County Public Schools from 1984 to 1995.
