As the Founder and Owner of BRED Holding, Martin provides consulting services and develops growth strategies for small and medium-sized businesses. Martin's background includes leadership roles such as Co-Founder at Lean Green Labs and Operational Excellence Manager at Insula AS, where focus areas included operational management and digitalization initiatives. Previous positions also include Global Lead Automation and Robotics at Neuman Aluminium Raufoss and various roles at ABB, where responsibilities spanned from technology transfer to R&D project management in robotics.
