Lotte Roels is an experienced HRM beleidsmedewerker at Stad Dendermonde since August 2023, previously working in sociaal beleid at Flexpack from March 2021 to August 2023. Lotte's career includes roles as a contextbegeleider at vzw Ruyskensveld and as a gezinsmedewerker crisishulp aan huis at Cocon - Vilvoorde during 2020.
