Stefanie Roldan is an experienced professional specializing in artist development and sales within the cosmetology industry. Currently serving as an Artist Development Partner at Neill since September 2019, Stefanie focuses on the growth and retention of the Aveda Artist Network, managing multiple event programs and crafting engaging educational experiences. Previous roles include Regional Sales Leader at Vanguard College of Cosmetology and Territory Manager at Neill, where responsibilities encompassed sales goal achievement, team consulting, and product education. Earlier experience includes serving as Salon Coordinator at Paris Parker Salon & Spa and Admissions Representative at Remington College.
