Loni Kelly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, customer care, and social services. Currently serving as a Job Developer at Neil Squire Society since June 2023, Loni previously held positions including Customer Care Manager at MaxSold, where enhancements to customer care were implemented and a new department vision was designed. Loni's experience includes management at Martin's Bus Service LTD and a long tenure at the Department of National Defence, providing coordination for service members transitioning to civilian employment. Additional roles include Income Support Specialist and Client Service Representative with the Ministry of Children, Community & Social Services, where Loni specialized in social assistance for individuals with disabilities and oversaw caseloads in Ontario Works.
